This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Education MESD course website. By purchasing any course or service through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Course Cancellation by Student

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of making the payment.
  • Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund, provided that course content has not been accessed.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of enrollment.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be granted only if:
    • The course was paid for in error.
    • The course was cancelled by Education MESD.
    • You meet the cancellation conditions outlined in Section 1.
  • No refunds will be provided if:
    • Course content has been accessed or downloaded.
    • Cancellation request is made after 24 hours of purchase.
    • You fail to complete the course for personal reasons.

3. Course Cancellation by Education MESD

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or instructor unavailability.
  • In such cases, students will be given the option of a full refund or rescheduling.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.
