These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Education MESD online course platform, including the purchase and participation in courses, webinars, and digital products offered through https://course.educationmesd.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Education MESD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating policies or engaging in misuse.

2. Account Registration

  • You may need to register for an account to access certain features or courses.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Once payment is completed successfully, you will receive access to the enrolled course(s).

  • Access is non-transferable and for individual use only.

  • Course duration and availability are specified at the time of purchase; extensions may be granted at Education MESD’s discretion.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Education MESD does not store your payment card details.

  • Refund and cancellation policies are outlined separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, videos, presentations, documents, and branding on the Platform are the intellectual property of Education MESD or its content partners.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, infringing, or illegal.

  • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Education MESD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.

  • Education MESD does not guarantee that courses will meet your specific learning objectives or career outcomes.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • Education MESD may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

  • Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
